The Amalgamation is a conversation revolving around the evolution of creativity, symbolism and art. This transmutation of expression spans over five and a half thousand years, reflected in and by all aspects of our individual and shared culture, spiritual beliefs, as well as the life and history of mankind.

The Amalgamation
The Amalgamation is an experiment around the evolution of creativity and art. The Conversation (our Blog) discusses this evolution in context with contemporary art and current symbolism, while inviting the creation of contemporary art inspired by The Amalgamation's Conversation. We also explore this concept through The Visualizer, a tool that maps art and this concept over time and place to a 3D data visualization interface. This interface shows the shape of evolution offering a contextual view of relationships and influences such as moments in history. The interface ties to Wikipedia and Wikimedia entries, as well as challenges and invites the creation of contemporary art inspired by The Amalgamation's very own Conversation. This transmutation of expression arrives after twenty thousand years, and echos of the past are reflected in and by all aspects of our individual and shared culture, spiritual beliefs, as well as the life and history of mankind.
